In 2018 she founded Cucina Botanica, now a symbol of plant-based cuisine and sustainable living in Italy. Through her social media channels, online cooking course, and three bestselling books, Carlotta is spearheading an unprecedented shift.

Her inclusive, positive, and welcoming communication brings together not only vegans and vegetarians but also thousands of people aspiring towards a more plant-based diet.

Silvia Goggi

Silvia Goggi

Scientific Director and Founder

Dr. Silvia Goggi is a medical graduate with specialization in Food Science, a Master's degree in Vegetarian Nutrition, and Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine. She co-authored the guidelines for plant-based dietary planning published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals, and has written four bestsellers on the subject.

She created the algorithm that enables Planter to generate balanced plant-based meal plans, merging the latest scientific literature with her extensive clinical experience.

After completing a degree in Occupational Psychology, he pursued a career in human resources and consultancy at major international companies. Since 2021, he has served as the Business Manager for Cucina Botanica.
