Delete account

Your account deletion request will be managed by Planter's customer care as quickly as possible. Your account and all the data associated with it will be deleted immediately. If you have an active subscription to Planter, you will no longer be able to access it, even if the period you have paid for hasn’t finished yet.

If you delete your account:

  • You won’t be able to access the meal plan, recipes and Planter chat with this account.
  • The information stored in your account, such as your food preferences and your family’s and the chat history with the nutritionists will be permanently deleted.
  • If you purchased Planter at a special price, you may not be entitled to the same conditions in the future.
